From the humblest beginnings to a multimillion dollar organization Coosa Valley Federal Credit Union has a history built on the caring, hard-working people of the Coosa Valley Region. In 1954, nine men had a vision of each one helping the other. These nine GE Company employees pooled their resources, depositing $5 each into a cigar box. Their cumulative $45 would help see each one through many a rainy day. This in turn grew to what Coosa Valley Credit Union is today. In addition to checking, savings and loan services for individuals, Coosa Valley Federal Credit Union has added home banking, audio response, credit card services, ATM's and a full array of business services. Coosa Valley Federal Credit Union is continuing as a visionary organization, constantly searching for ways to better serve members and anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in the 10-county Coosa Valley area, including Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Haralson, Paulding, Polk, and Walker Counties.

At Take Time To Travel, we search for the best prices for your vacation and then handle all of the details for you. Should your plans change, we handle all the changes, too. All at no extra cost to you! With so many different ways to reserve a vacation, it has become somewhat confusing trying to figure out how you should book your travel plans and know that you are getting the best price. Most people who do not call a travel agency to assist them with their travel plans do so because they think that it will cost them more money. This is a misconception. We are FREE! Let me say this again . . . we are FREE . . . really! So how are we paid? When WE book a vacation we earn a commission. We are able to offer you their lowest price and then often waive a little of our commission to offer you an even better price than what you will find online. Take Time To Travel has offices in Bartow and Paulding counties and is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and in the evenings and on weekends by appointment. (770) 334-2256 - Tammy Spivey
